What is powder coating?
Powder coating involves applying a thin layer of powder to the material. The rivets are heated in an oven together with the powder, which melts and bonds to form a solid surface.
Advantages over wet painting
Powder coating is:
- faster and more environmentally friendly (solvent-free processing) than wet painting.
- impact and scratch resistant / mechanically insensitive
- UV and weather resistant, depending on the type of powder
What colors are available?
We powder-coat in RAL and DB colors. The most common colors are available immediately from stock. For special requests, we can also process powder coatings provided by the customer.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
We coat quantities of 100 pieces or more.

How long does delivery take?
Depending on the order situation, 1 to 3 weeks
